This was a procession for Santo Cristo and the first time the Winnipeg Portuguese Community has been able to hold it since the COVID-19 pandemic. With over 80 percent of Portugal identifying as Roman Catholic, traditions such as Santo Cristo and The Miracle of Fátima are significant to their culture. Henrique Braga has been active in Winnipeg's Portuguese Catholic Church for most of his life. Henrique comes onto U Talk to explain these Portuguese traditions.
