The STEM fields are incredibly skill demanding, and you want the most qualified people in those jobs. However, due to many social and systemic issues, it can be challenging for women to find employment within these areas. More so for immigrant or international women. Immigrant and international women in Science network is a non-profit organization to help connect women to jobs, increase awareness, and of course, network.
