from Bleav in UCLA Football · host Bleav
Former UCLA linebacker Josh Woods and Orange County Register reporter James H. Williams talk about the Bruins’ Pac-12 Conference victory over then-No. 15 Washington at the Rose Bowl this past week. The Bruins are no longer under the radar after beating quarterback Michael Penix Jr. and the Huskies. As a result, UCLA is ranked for the first time this season at No. 18 in the AP top 25 poll. Quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson was voted as the conference’s offensive player of the week after completing 24 of his 33 attempts for 315 yards and three touchdowns. He also rushed for 53 yards and a touchdown. The Bruins also flexed their muscle with production from running back Zach Charbonnet and receiver Jake Bobo. Woods shares his thoughts about the victory and why the Bruins can’t afford to be content with more tough games to play.
