UCR #016 by Nicola Noir

If Nicola Noir’s soundscape were a landscape, it wouldn’t be the mountains of his native Switzerland. It would be a milky way of colours and spinning planets, with shooting stars whizzing by and the occasional Urban Cosmonaut Spaceship hovering on the horizon, listening intently for the next surprise in their ears. Off and up we go, left and right and topsy turvy into the the 16th episode of our podcast series. Nicola’s productions are gateways into spheres of twinkling melodies, timeless wormholes and shining percussions. His sound could be described as a jittering wave of melancholia, wrapped in eclectic rhythms of longing and stardust. From where we can see here in our spaceship, the view looks pretty damn beautiful.
