To kick off International Women's Day, female founder Emily Frisella is joining us on today's episode of the podcast. Emily is a multi-passionate entrepreneur who, at age 20, opened her first brick and mortar boutique and has since written two bestselling cookbooks, and launched her newest business venture, The Paper and Plan Co., this past October.    Kelly and Emily discuss the importance of relationships in entrepreneurship, which Emily says is the thread she's pulled through her journey and the core of what has kept her successful through each entrepreneurial experience.
