UFC and being undefeated with Ian 'The Future' Garry

THROWBACK THURSDAY!I wanted to start doing some throwbacks to some of my favorite episodes, so here is my first with the legend that is Ian Garry! 👊🏼Ian is a undefeated MMA Fighter from Dublin in Ireland, he joins me for a waffle about all things confidence, motivation and mindset We have a waffle about the buildup to a fight and the effect it can have on your physical and mental health I've always wanted to know what goes through a fighter's head during the pre-fight staredown so Ian fills me in on the trash talk as well as the importance of keeping your composure when the adrenaline kicks in This is up there with one of my favourite episodes, at only 22 he has so much knowledge and its quite inspiring to have a chat with someone so determined it's easy to see why he has been nicknamed 'The Future'  Hosted on Acast.
