Efter at have tilbagelagt 21km og derefter træne overkrop i 90 minutter sætter de sig velfortjent i det hjemmelavede studie for at gennemgå løbet og ugen - denne gang med tilbagevendende gæst- og ven af programmet, Jacob Simonsen.
