Peter Whitley is the MUFON director for Japan. In our far-ranging discussion we started with the UFO UAP situation in Japan talking about experiencers and UFO sightings. We discussed the videos of UFOs that were reported around the Fukushima Nuclear power plant. Starting in hour two we started to discuss more important elements about UFOs such as contact with the entities, and the OBE technique Peter worked with after 20 years of meditation and then talking the Gateway course at the Monroe Institute. We discuss what the message of the being is, and what might actually be going on in the UFO abduction experience, and the hybrid program that many have spoken. We also speak about crystals and where universal information might be stored. This has also been reported by Richard Doty, the Michael Newton Life Between Life material, and other experiencers. In this brief excerpt Peter talks about how they allowed him to fly the flying saucer and how it was done. This description differs from version of propulsion given by Bob Lazar, Hal Puthoff, Tom DeLonge, or Lou Elizondo. I have researched 50 people who have reportedly done this, and Peter tells exactly the same process for how it is done.
