One night Gayle decided to go solo camping up behind her house. She was always a nature lover as well as a fisherman and Hunter and had spent countless hours on that mountain. She set up her tent just before dark and settled in for the night when she heard the sound of a large owl coming from a tree above. A few minutes later Gayle heard the most God Awful scream! It was so loud that it vibrated in her chest. She had never heard of Bigfoot and had no idea what kind of creature could make that sound. She managed to get up enough nerve to bolt out of her tent and down a steep ravine and get to the safety of my home. Years later Gayle was watching the show Finding Bigfoot on TV and heard that same frightening sound. She knew then what she had encountered. In January of 2011 Gayle started investigating the Bigfoot Phenomenon.SECOND HOUR GUEST:Cheryl Costa is an upstate New York resident and a NY native, who saw her first UFO at age twelve. She’s a veteran of two military services: Air Force and the Navy. She’s a retired Information Security professional from the Aerospace Industry. Since 2013, Cheryl has written the wildly popular UFO column “New York Skies” for SyracuseNewTimes.com. In March 2017, Cheryl and co-author Linda Miller Costa released their UFO Statistics book "UFO Sightings Desk Reference: United States of America 2001-2015." Their book presents data and analyzes trends for 121,000 USA UFO sighting reports between 2001 -2015. Cheryl was named “Researcher of the Year” at the 2018 International UFO Congress. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Empire State College.
