The story hit the Art Bell Coast to Coast Radio five years later in 1999. I personally know two of the police officers that were part of multiple law enforcement officers and police departments that chased this thing from Ohio into Pennsylvania. These are the actual 911 calls that went into the call center at the Liberty Police Department. 911 Dispatcher on duty was Roy Ann Rudolph. Roy Ann was gracious to come on my show 3 years later in 2022.
