A few years after Dr. Mike Blackburn’s departure, he stepped into the role of Director of Athletics at Northwestern High School in Kokomo, Indiana. In addition to his leadership at the school level, he serves as theChair of LTC 510 and is an active member of the NIAAA Awards Committee. His advice? Make sure you get a mentor.
