She reflects on how interscholastic athletics evolved, with stronger safety measures such as AEDs, training requirements, and emergency action plans. Fourteen years of service on the NIAAA Endowment Committee, including eight as chair, plus work on the NIAAA Fourth Strategic Plan highlighted herleadership.
