Uisce Eireann is the State-run agency for water infrastructure in Ireland.  It’s been accused of charging exorbitant amounts to connect a water system to commercial buildingsUE pushes back on that and says it normally costs no more than €4,000 for a standard pipe and that its fees are based on width of pipe as well as the amount of waste water that is expected to flow through it.Geoffrey Bourke is the Head of Customer Operations at Uisce Éireann and joined Joe Lynam to discuss.
