And many of them are struggling and there is a very REAL housing NEED. It isn't all manor houses and decisions on whether the barn should be turned into a holiday let for city slickers... Over ONE MILLION require social housing. But guess what? This just ain't there... So while many are focused on airspace developments and turning the local chip shop into a high-rise apartment block there is a big unsolved NEED. Out there in the green fields, on the sides of hills and in the villages where there just isn't sufficient housing stock for the people.
