Ukraine Just Secured 1,000 Patriot Missiles for Winter

I examine Germany’s announcement that it will urgently transfer PAC-2 Patriot interceptors from national stocks and pursue contracts for roughly 1,000 Patriot missiles for Ukraine through an EU-backed loan.
