Ukraine's sacked defence minister has called for wartime presidential elections. Ukraine has been under martial law since the war with Russia began in 2022, which means elections are suspended. But Mykhailo Fedorov is demanding they take place, in a significant challenge to Volodymyr Zelensky's presidency. The BBC's Ukraine correspondent Dan Johnson spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
