Ukrainian Jewish Heritage: Alan Bernstein Interview (Part 2) November 2018

In April of 2019 the Felshtin Society will hold commemorative events to mark the centenary of the pogroms in the Ukrainian shtetl of Felshtin, in 1919. Six hundred Jews perished in that brutal pogrom. The events will take place in New York.We first learned about the Felshtin Society last March (2018), when we spoke with the Society's president, Alan Bernstein. Recently the society announced some exciting new developments, including connecting and collaborating with a local school and church in Ukraine.Alan kindly agreed to share the details with Nash Holos listeners in this interview.
