Ukrainians and online education: new opportunities or challenges?

Even the loss of a job or position does not stimulate a person to change as much as the general crisis in the economy. In addition to migration between countries, inter-professional migration has begun: changing a profession to a higher-paid or one that is in demand in the labour market is impossible without gaining new knowledge.
