Ulrich and Marie Lages - Radical Reorganization in the Automotive Industry using Teams of Teams - BAI 2022

I spoke with Ulrich and Marie Lages at the Business Agility 2022 conference.  We talked about the radical reorganization that they undertook at Ibeo Automotive Systems.  Ulrich is the founder of this Automotive Parts Manufacturing company and developed the LIDAR system that is used in many autonomous vehicles.  Marie and Ulrich discuss the radical reshaping of Ibeo when they blew up the traditional hierarchy and reformed around a flat team of teams approach from the bottom up.
