Our ultimate lesson is to learn unconditional love, which includes all others, but also ourselves. Rev. Catherine also compares internal spirituality and external spirituality. The internal encompasses our inner spiritual practice. The external, our spiritual practice as it plays out in community. In community is where we demonstrate love, respect, forgiveness, compassion, and a generous spirit towards one another.
