Esta es una iniciativa dirigida a facilitar la recuperación crediticia de quienes enfrentan dificultades de pago con deuda de hasta 100.000 pesos uruguayos por institución, y que se encontraban en categoría 5 en la Central Crediticia del Banco Central del Uruguay, a mayo 2024.
