A COP 27 terminou neste domingo com um acordo para compensar financeiramente os países mais vulneráveis às mudanças climáticas. Mesmo sem detalhes de como esse mecanismo vai funcionar, o resultado foi celebrado e abriu caminho para responsabilizar os países ricos e mais industrializados por suas emissões de gases do efeito estufa ao longo da história.Mas ainda ficou bastante frustração no ar. Não há, no texto final, um comprometimento com a redução do uso de todos os combustíveis fósseis e também não houve muito avanço nas metas de reduções de emissões.
