[Un]Conventional Wisdom - Politics and Religion | August 11, 2019

This week we continue our series contrasting conventional and unconventional wisdom. Conventional wisdom holds that politics and religion are separate spheres, and they should never be combined. After all, Jesus did say, “Give to Caesar what to Caesar’s,” right? But what does that mean? Is it, perhaps, actually a brilliant bit of unconventional wisdom?
