UN Habitat Launch

Minister of Human Settlements, Thembi Simelane speaks to Koketso Sachane for the launch of a new UN-Habitat country office in the City of Tshwane. This comes at a time of rapid urban change in South Africa, with the country drawing on extensive experience and expertise in housing, human settlements and urban development while continuing to address challenges including spatial inequality, access to land and basic services, informal settlements and the growing impacts of climate change
