Hola apasionados del taekwondo ¿cómo están? Hoy es viernes y el podcast lo sabe. Entonces como ustedes pueden anticipar hoy toca un juego que puedes utilizar en tu clase de taekwondo.Debo de confesar que esto no es tanto un juego, al menos las primeras ideas que te voy a dar sobre el mismo.Pero eso no quita que el ejercicio puede ser muy divertido y lo puedes adaptar para transformarlo en un juego.¿En qué consiste el juego?Seguramente has visto esos papelitos que sirven para colocar recordatorios en las oficinas, los llamados "post its". Bueno pues puedes utilizar unos de esos o simplemente tiritas de papel a las que les pones cinta adhesiva.La idea consiste en pegar estos papelitos en la pared para que los niños tengan que despegarlos. Lo interesante es que los despeguen de la forma en que tú propongas dependiendo de los objetivos de tu clase, a continuación te voy a dar unas ideas.Colocar los papelitos a determinada altura que los niños tengan que saltar y alcanzarlos con la mano. Si logran despegarlos tendrás que ponerlos a una mayor altura.Colocar los papelitos y hacerles cierto doblez para que sobresalgan de la pared. Los niños tendrán que despegar los papelitos utilizando sus pies como si fueran sus manos. Esto requiere mucha fuerza y motricidad fina en los pies.colocar los papelitos para que tengan que ser despegados por medio de una patada descendente (o sea con la planta del pie).Esto puede ser un juego: Colocas muchos papelitos y das un tiempo límite, por ejemplo un minuto. Los niños tendrán que despegar el máximo número de papelitos posibles en ese tiempo. El ganador obviamente es el que más papelitos despegue.¿Qué variaciones se te ocurren a ti?
