¡Hola apasionados del taekwondo! Hoy en el podcast es viernes de juego. Y vamos a hacer un pequeño juego que sirve para estimular la noción del tiempo de los niños pero también puede servir para estimular la velocidad o para repasar los poomsaes.Es un juego que encontré en un libro llamado "La velocidad en el niño" y que adapté para la clase de taekwondo.El juego original es de la siguiente manera:- En un espacio exterior (pista de atletismo, cancha de basquet, etc.) se puede decir a los niños: tienen que recorrer este espacio (20m, 50m, 100m) en determinado tiempo, el que se acerque más al tiempo gana.Es importante tener en cuenta que no gana el más rápido, si un niño recorre el espacio 10 seg antes del tiempo prefijado y otro 1 seg después del tiempo prefijado, ganará el que estuvo más cerca de ese tiempo. O sea el que terminó después.A veces tenemos alumnos que son muy rápidos o más hábiles y si en las competencias que utilizamos siempre premiamos la habilidad siempre ganarán los mismos niños. Este juego permite que ganen niños con habilidades un poco menos físicas y más "mentales".Es un juego que podemos adaptar a la clase de taekwondo, te doy un par de variaciones y tú puedes inventar las que tú quieras.Variaciones - Hay que dar 20 patadas en un minuto, hay que dar 10 golpes en 15 seg. Dependiendo del objetivo que tengas puedes utilizar este juego ya sea para estimular la velocidad o la técnica.- Ganará el alumno que termine el poomsae en un minuto. Esto te puede ayudar a que los niños repasen el poomsae, una vez más no ganará el niño que mejor hace poomsaes (que aburrido que siempre ganen los mismos) sino el que más se aproxime al tiempo programado.He pasado unos 40 minutos haciendo poomsaes con los niños sin que se aburran ¿Cómo? Empiezo con un tiempo de un minuto, luego 50 seg, luego 40, luego 30. A medida que el tiempo es menos los niños se emocionan más además de que han practicado su forma un montón de veces.
