Police Week which began at UN Headquarters in New York yesterday* is a "unique time" for all involved in policing to exchange experience and learn from each other. That's the view of Luis Carrilho, who took up his latest post as the new UN Police Adviser with the Department of Peacekeeping Operations at the beginning of this month.
