UN says the world has a collective responsibility to end human trafficking

United Nations Chief has told members of the Security Council that world leaders have a "collective responsibility" to stop human trafficking and modern slavery. Secretary-General António Guterres spoke during an open debate on the trafficking of persons in conflict situations, given added impetus following universal outrage at a television news report this week documenting young migrants being sold at a slave market in Libya.
