UN Security Council Meeting Status in Ukraine

Recalling previous Council discussions on how the war in Ukraine is not only devastating that country but also endangering regional and global stability, she pointed out that the Tenth Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons could not produce a substantive outcome after consensus was blocked because of issues related to the war. This failure is the latest example of how the conflict has affected international relations and cooperation.
