Potrebbe essere il menu di una cena di pesce post riscaldamento globale, ma in realtà queste specie aliene sono già stabili nel Mediterraneo, che si sta scaldando più velocemente degli altri mari. Un vero peccato che il vorace granchio blu stia praticamente sterminando le vongole, con danni pesantissimi, che in questa puntata analizzeremo con Silvia Marzialetti giornalista di Radiocor Il Sole 24 Ore. L’aumento della temperatura atmosferica si ripercuote sugli oceani. Le popolazioni di plancton si spostano e con loro pesci, molluschi e crostacei. Chi vincerà la battaglia per la sopravvivenza e come cambierà la pesca? Lo abbiamo chiesto a Simone Libralato, ricercatore all’Istituto nazionale di oceanografia e di geofisica sperimentale. La pesca quindi, come l’agricoltura, subisce gli impatti del cambiamento climatico ma è anche nel mirino per i danni sugli ecosistemi dei fondali attribuiti alla pesca a strascico e per le emissioni di Co2. L’idea prevalente però - e sentiremo cosa ne pensa Francesca Biondo, direttore generale di Federpesca - è che la pesca non si può sacrificare. E la riforma della Politica comune della pesca dovrebbe, come la Pac, salvaguardare maggiormente la competitività, puntando sul rinnovo della flotta e sulla pesca digitale. Insomma, il mare va salvato ma bisogna salvare anche i pescatori.
