UNC Watch Party Chaos and Charges | Durham News

A 45-year-old man, Keegan Wilson, is accused of sparking chaos at a UNC Chapel Hill watch party—throwing objects, spraying alcohol, wielding a lighter, and hurling racial slurs. Students say they were left in the dark and forced to flee without warning, while Wilson now faces charges including disorderly conduct and simple assault. His next court date is September 23rd, with a $10K bond that would bar him from campus and require no contact with the victim. Mental health proceedings are also underway.
