As a Senior Global Business Executive, Alvaro has a 25+ year record of driving profitable growth in multiple B2B industries. Throughout his career, Alvaro’s roles and functions have included general management, business development, and sales & marketing. As a change agent and problem solver, his strengths include leadership, ability to influence, motivate, and execute with discipline. Alvaro enjoys motivating people while aligning them to meet strategic goals and enhance operational performance. He has a strong international background and speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish. Prior to SKYDEX, Alvaro was Founder & CEO of Nuvanna LLC, an online sleep products technology company. Before that, he was President of the  Personal Care Division of Tredegar Corporation, a $1B industry leader in the B2B plastic films business. Alvaro has also held several ascending  roles in companies such as DOW Chemical, ARCO/LyondellBasell, Foamex/FXI, and Alexander Proudfoot.
