Dennis Quartermane is the President of Profound Placement, a boutique headhunting firm based in San Francisco. In this role, he is in the unique position to offer clients and candidates a high-touch, personalized experience that returns clarity and communication to the recruiting process.   As a career architect, he places high importance on partnering with clients and candidates during the entire match-making process, from start to finish. With his integrity, effort, and enthusiasm, Dennis ensures that professionals feel supported when making a career decision. His ultimate goal is not to fill jobs, but rather build long-lasting relationships in which everyone comes out on top.   Prior to starting Profound Placement, he was a Recruiter for the LaSalle Network where he launched the San Francisco office for a Fortune 5000 recognized, Chicago-based recruiting firm and consistently conducted 15+ new candidate interviews per week. Dennis also worked as an Executive Recruiter at Executive Trackers LLC. Before making the jump into the recruiting industry, he spent 10 years working in finance, mastering his networking and negotiating skills.
