UNCAGED With Joe Orr

Joe Orr is the founder and president of Harvest Moon Innovations, a consulting firm focused on the insurance industry. Harvest Moon works hand-and-hand with insurance retail agencies, general agencies,  carriers, lead aggregators, and web-based information verticals to deliver strategic business focus and planning, product development and distribution, and retention programs, to name a few resulting in tangible sustainable solutions.   Joe comes from a traditional media background in film, television, and theatrical marketing. He co-founded award-winning Fleet Street Pictures and went on to start the Cobalt Moon division of Fleet Street developing web marketing campaigns for Intel, Microsoft, Proctor and Gamble, MGM,  US Olympic Committee, and others. He also engineered e-commerce applications for Fujitsu, Intel, and Microsoft.   Joe advised start-up Answer Financial. His prototype for insurance offering at Answer got him heavily involved in the digital insurance space and has informed his career ever since. At Answer, he became SVP of Product. During his tenure, he was responsible for e-commerce strategy, web product development, IT,  interactive marketing, and product management for all LOBs.   From there, Joe acted as COO of Snap Insurance and was involved in all operations of the insurance process from marketing and web development to strategy and offshore call center implementation. He was the EVP of  Insurance at Clearlink Insurance Agency managing all insurance operations and increased agency footprint from 4 agents to over 250  licensed professionals.
