Will Hicklen is the Chief Growth Officer for EasyWorkforce Software, overseeing all customer-facing and revenue-producing lines of work, including Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and Marketing. With his relentless drive, decades of experience in sales leadership, and commitment to industry disruption, Will has led EasyWorkforce into hyper-growth, more than doubling the size of the organization by developing and rolling out new digital strategies. His favorite part of his work is empowering others and watching them succeed, fueling his passion for leadership and for delivering top-of-the-line workforce management solutions to like-minded leaders.    Prior to joining EasyWorkforce, Will served as Sumtotal’s Vice President of Global Alliances and Partner Programs, leading a global team working with systems integrators, consultants, technology partners, resellers and content providers. Prior to that, Will co-founded and served as CEO of Ankota, a HealthIT startup that radically improved healthcare through its care coordination platform and became the world’s largest and fastest-growing Care Coordination Network with 1400+ providers.
