Within the last few weeks, Russia and Saudi Arabia have dropped the use of the Petro-Dollar. Xi Jinping and Putin have signed an agreement for a “New World Order”. The Chinese Yuan will now be used as payment for oil by OPEC, ending what was the U.S. control of the sale of oil World wide.
