Unclarity in US Securities Regulation: Is it really the SEC's fault? - with Andrew Hemmingway

The SEC just declared a basket of assets as securities, such as $ATOM, $ADA, and more! Besides, under the lead of Gary Gensler, sued Binance and Coinbase.  This is why Gary Gensler and the SEC get heavily criticized right now. However, the is more to unpack here: not necessarily the SEC defines what a security is: congress is! The SEC only enforces the law set by congress and interprets their formulations. Also, there has been a communication gab between the CFTC and SEC - that said, pointing out Gary Gensler as the only one who carries the fault is wrong.  Today we sat down with Andrew Hemmingway.
