Uncle Gregory returns to the plantation

from My blurred opinion · host Timothy West

When I first connected with Gregory, Newson, I loved his energy, he reminded me of somebody in my life, and I loved this passion. He's a great storyteller, with a great story to tell. He was born and raised in Harlem, NY, and was sifted through the Elijah Muhammad movement and then through the Black Panther Party, drug addiction, and prison to walk away from God’s gift as an artist and painter to wander the desert for 40 years. And then he migrated back to the plantation that his ancestors owned, and that is when he started developing a positive character that would continue to lead him to participate in Civil War reenactments and historical events in the Southland of America.    His website https://newsonpublishing.com
