Uncle Paulie

We talk about his connection to Queens rappers, how he got his name, taking 3rd place at the Malibu Chili Cookoff, Ruff Ryders' Drag-On, Uncle Paulie's Deli and clothing brand inspirations, the famed Cherry Valley TCS sandwich, his comedy night, our new-found affinity for the game of Golf, how Subway took out Blimpie and more.
