On a very hot day, Uncle Wiggily's housekeeper, Nurse Jane Fuzzy Wuzzy, puts out a sign for ice delivery, but it's innocently taken by squirrel boys for their lemonade stand, causing the polar bear deliveryman to miss their house. Uncle Wiggily tries to save the day by fetching a large cake of ice himself using his airship. However, during the flight home, the intense heat melts the entire cake, dripping water below and making animals mistakenly think it's raining.
