In this story, Uncle Wiggily meets a large, loud, but polite Lion who has run away from the circus and now regrets it, wishing to return. Unable to fit inside Uncle Wiggily's bungalow where Nurse Jane Fuzzy Wuzzy, the muskrat housekeeper, is unwell with a headache, the Lion offers a unique form of help.
