Uncovering Deep, Dark Limiting Beliefs

As you do the work to uncover and process limiting beliefs, you shift your perspective upwards. This moves you into higher, lighter and faster densities. In these densities of love, abundance and freedom, you will face manifestation events that uncover deeper and sometimes more painful limiting beliefs. Sometimes, people call this Shadow Work. These deeper beliefs cannot exist in the higher densities and so they must be dealt with. The wonderful thing is that as soon as you become aware of them and acknowledge them, they begin to dissipate easily and this gives room for greater self-love.
