Uncovering the Research and Neuroscience of Stuttering
from My Stuttering Life · host Pedro Pena
Today's featured guest is Tom Lovett. Tom Lovett is writing a book about stuttering that combines the latest research into the neuroscience and experience of stuttering. He draws upon this research - as well his own experience as a lifelong stutterer - to share insights into stuttering, as well as a research-backed plan to improve fluency and quality of life. The book is tentatively scheduled for release in summer 2022, though individual chapters have been published to Reddit. I believe that there is healing in sharing, and I want to thank Tom for sharing his story with me today.
