Under Surveillance

The Dalraida neighborhood of Montgomery Alabama is one of the most sought after communities in the city. Jason Clarke and his mother, Verna, have been staples of Dalraida for many years and have deep roots in the area. Jason moves back after many years away to care for his now ailing mother, much to the delight of the many friendly neighbors he’s known for so long. But he returns a changed, and angry, man. The noise from  new neighbor’s loud puppies soon turns him against her and the whole neighborhood, terrorizing them with threats, animal attacks, and shocking invasions of their privacy.
