Original song Underside ©2016 Wav file here : https://undersideforever.bandcamp.com Web : www.underside.fr Lyrics : Winternity So long had they waited for better days to come So long had dreamed about longer days to return So Eager of Summer Heat, last was so Awesome Soon now would they offer their body to the Sun April came, May, and June..the oaks remained naked No flower at all to be seen, no leaves appeared The landscape stood desperatly silent and still As The cold winter wind kept on blowing on the hill REFRAIN : THIS YEAR WINTER WOULD NEVER END (WINTER WOULD NEVER END) IN VAIN HAD BEEN WARNED HUMANITY THIS TIME WINTER WILL LAST ETERNITY HAVE YOU LAUGH ENOUGH?NOW COME THE LAMENTS THE CURSE HAS FELT ON YOUR SONS Days passed, cities began to run out of food And then returned the wildest hours of plunder All life long they had slept, awakening was rude As their world imploded in flames and thunder Hunted became hunters and man was their prey Nothing left to eat except your own brother All died but one roaming in the ruins, astray All was quite,Winter settled down...For ever. They, who were so frightened by a Global warming Would soon taste death in her coldest embrace No help would be found in crying or praying So finish your Era, So finish Human Race Warmed up waters had changed the course of seasons Meanwhile a black shroud had filled a poisoned sky Hiding the slightest ray of light from all eyes Mother Earth turned into a deadly prison REFRAIN
