Understanding and Practicing the Counter-Intuitive "Medicine" of Forgiveness

This episode of A Sound Heart will examine the necessity of forgiveness.  It is interesting that a great deal of research today is exploring forgiveness.  Even those who are engaged in end of life care speak about the spiritual pain of those who have unresolved issues, and who have not been counseled on forgiveness.  One cannot be free in this life without forgiveness.  There are those who cannot forgive those who have sinned against them so they remain spiritually imprisoned. Their self-righteous selfishness will not allow them to forgive.  It goes against the grain of their sense of injustice to forgive.  These people are generally very angry and miserable.  Forgive and you will be forgiven by God.
