Understanding Anger

from the for us podcast · host nandini vanodia

When we’re angry, we are blinded by this rush of hatred or sadness or pain. We think crazy thoughts, say crazy things, and do crazy things. That’s all normal. But the impulse that we get from anger, to do all of these crazy things, distracts us from the mindfulness that we are trying to achieve. Today I talk about how we can reflect and learn from our anger and how we can become more mindful about it.
