Understanding Bipolar Disorder with Tyler Kania

Today, I am going to talk with Tyler Kania, who is going to tell his own story about his struggle with a variety of physical and mental health conditions, including undiagnosed Bipolar disorder, suicidality, impulsivity, and two rare rugby injuries that led to many major life changes.
