Understanding Business Volume in MLM and Network Marketing Explained

from Epixel Podcast

Bonus Volume, or more commonly referred to as Business Volume (BV) is the total sales sum between a distributor and all those who get beneath them is probably the primary measurement of MLM compensation. Every product has a BV value that is credited when the product sells and qualifies you for accordingly set commissions, bonuses, rank progression, and special incentives etc. Distributors earn bonus volume for the sales they directly made to the customer. BV encourages distributors to maximize their efforts. Most of the compensation plans reward their distributors for the BV produced by their team or downline. By this kind of motivation, distributors will start to work on building and nurturing an effective network because their total BV remains, more or less, directly related to their income.  Hosted on Acast.
