The Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals handles a very unique subset of the security clearance process - denials and revocations. Aileen Xenakis-Kozlowski is a former Assistant General Counsel, Washington Headquarters Service, at the U.S. Department of Defense. She currently works as an Associate Counsel at the security clearance law firm Bigley-Ranish.
